Designed against the building
The system a building needs follows from its layout, its use and its fire strategy, not from a catalogue. Detector types, zoning and where the panel goes all come out of that.
If the building has already been assessed for fire safety, that assessment is the right starting point and we will work to it.
Conventional and addressable
A conventional system tells you which zone has activated. An addressable one tells you which device, which in a larger building is the difference between checking one room and checking a floor.
For a small unit conventional is often perfectly adequate. The size and layout of the building decide it.
Testing and records
Fire systems need routine testing, and the record of that testing is usually what an insurer, a landlord or an inspector asks to see.
We service what we install and can take on systems fitted by somebody else after an inspection.
