How we work with homeowners
The aim isn't to fit as much equipment as possible. It's to recommend a security system that makes sense for the property and how you live in it.
We look at the property first
Before recommending a system, we look at the house, talk through what you want to protect and understand any existing security equipment already in place.
That gives us a better basis for specifying what the property actually needs.
We specify, supply and install
Archer specifies the system, supplies the equipment and professionally installs what has been recommended.
We don't operate as a labour-only installer for security equipment purchased elsewhere.

We recommend systems around the requirement rather than selling a standard package.
If fewer cameras, detectors or other components are appropriate for the property, we'll say so.
Support after installation
Archer also provides servicing and maintenance for electronic security systems after installation.
We can also assess suitable systems installed by other companies where ongoing servicing is required.

CCTV Connect provides an additional option for customers who want CCTV footage stored off-site, with customer access to their recordings.
It is a recording and storage service rather than a monitoring service – nobody is sitting watching your cameras.
