Support
Something not working?
Ring 01952 403696. We provide a 24/7 call-out service, and a good number of problems get solved on the phone without anybody coming out.
Remote support with Splashtop
In some situations, Archer may be able to help remotely using Splashtop.
Nothing connects automatically. We’ll talk you through the process and remote access only takes place when you agree to it at the time.
If remote support isn’t appropriate for the problem, we’ll explain the next step.
Only download this when you are on the phone to Archer and we have asked you to. It gives us a one-off session code; nothing runs until you read it to us.

When we need to come out
Anything physical, such as a camera knocked out of alignment, a failed detector, a drive that has stopped recording or damage after a break-in, needs an engineer. Our 24/7 call-out service exists for exactly that.
If we already look after your system, say so when you ring and we’ll pick it up from there.
Before you ring
Changed your broadband?
If your security system uses your network or internet connection, changing router or broadband provider can affect parts of the system. Ring Archer and tell us what's changed. We'll establish what needs reconnecting or reconfiguring.
Lost an access-control card or fob?
Ring Archer and tell us which system is affected. We'll establish what's required and deal with the credential appropriately.
Alarm panel beeping?
Give us a call and tell us what's showing on the panel. Avoid pressing random buttons or repeatedly resetting the system if you don't know what the message means.
Need help retrieving CCTV footage?
Tell us which system is installed and what footage you're trying to find. If it's a system Archer supports, we can help establish the appropriate way to access or retrieve the recording.

Most support calls are quicker to solve on the phone than to describe in a message.
